The first picture from right, Dodoma Regional Commissioner Hon. Dr. Binilith Mahenge addressed the progress of first stage of chemba district council building constructions after visited it on 14/11/2017. The Hon. Regional Commissioner appreciated the good job done up to that stage. The other pictures; the second from right is District Commissioner Hon.
